We are a few people from the Microsoft FHIR server team joining the v2 to FHIR track this weekend. We are new to the space, so there to learn, but we have also made a small prototype conversion API, which uses handlebars templates. I have spun up a few endpoints and posted the details on the track confluence page (https://confluence.hl7.org/display/OO/v2-to-FHIR+Connectathon+-+September+2019).
