We are currently thinking of having a v2-to-FHIR meeting covering updates on content definition progress and tooling progress on Thursday Q0. For those planning to be in Montreal, please respond whether that works or not.

We haven't released any mappings, but we have people joining the working group calls (usually Toby Hu) and will be at the meeting in Montreal. Streaming ingestion of v2 data in the cloud and conversion to FHIR is definitely something our users want to do.

It is both. Thursday Q0 is review of Connectathon and progress with any tooling discussion where we left of, while Q3 is content with specific focus on PA related topics.
