Hello
I want to receive the encounter number from any HIS to my software because I want to do some services and billings depending on this number.
my question is in which segment and field this encounter value should be regarding on the HL7 standard version 2.3 ?!

PV1-19 is a good place to start. PID-18 and PV1-50 also sometimes have similar concepts
