Topic: ontoserver transitive closure table?
Erich Schulz (Jun 03 2016 at 12:47):
does an endpoint exist for this? if so does anyone have some examples? or if not, is there one on the cards? and does anyone have a timeline?
Michael Lawley (Jun 14 2016 at 03:51):
closure table support is on the roadmap, but has been low priority so far and has not come up high enough in our backlog to hit the roadmap. However it was raised for consideration when we had our next 6 months planning meeting yesterday
Erich Schulz (Jun 14 2016 at 04:58):
awesome
Erich Schulz (Jun 14 2016 at 04:59):
and we can install this locally? (its on my todo list after I get CQL running)
Michael Lawley (Jun 14 2016 at 05:15):
yes - free to use in Australia (licences available from NEHTA/ADHA sometime in July), as many instances as you want
Michael Lawley (Jun 22 2016 at 21:50):
For the record, Ontoserver now supports the $closure operation for SNOMED CT
Grahame Grieve (Jun 22 2016 at 23:06):
awesome. I'll look forward to testing it
Erich Schulz (Jun 23 2016 at 00:44):
@Michael Lawley do you have some example URLs?
Erich Schulz (Jun 23 2016 at 00:44):
i get as far as here
Erich Schulz (Jun 23 2016 at 00:44):
sorry I'm still a FHIR noob
Jim Steel (Jun 23 2016 at 00:55):
That's a very old ontoserver deployment. Try http://ontoserver.csiro.au/stu3/metadata
Erich Schulz (Jun 23 2016 at 01:03):
ah - I got there from http://ontoserver.csiro.au/about/
Michael Lawley (Jun 23 2016 at 01:13):
Am just finalising a Postman collection to demo the closure stuff...
Erich Schulz (Jun 23 2016 at 01:14):
can you chuck in a few basic ops as well to give a noob a leg up?
Michael Lawley (Jun 23 2016 at 01:38):
This is the $closure demo https://www.getpostman.com/collections/bce3b4db07b2a07dc3aa
We'll put together some other basic ones as well
Erich Schulz (Jun 23 2016 at 01:53):
cool - see the other comment I made in the cql thread for where I'm going with this...
Grahame Grieve (Jun 23 2016 at 04:17):
@Michael Lawley do you want to change the parameters thing on the first response now?
Michael Lawley (Jun 23 2016 at 04:22):
That would be awesome, yes (assuming you mean change the first response to be an empty ConceptMap)
Grahame Grieve (Jun 23 2016 at 04:25):
yes. if you do that, I'll do that too.
