Topic: W5 ontology

We're using the W5 ontology (w5.ttl) and have encountered some inconsistencies:
1) no "when" entry -- just "when.init", "when.done", etc.
2) some of the w5 names don't align with the references : w5 has "diagnostics" but the corresponding w5 reference (e.g. specimen.xml) has a w5 map to "clinical.diagnostics".

Not sure what the constraints are on w5.ini -- @Grahame Grieve: suggestions on how to proceed?

thanks for looking at this. so I'm about to redesign the w5 stuff altogether - it will move it to a formal basis and mean that these kind of problems can't happen

How about I make w5.ttl a first class resource (vs. generated from w5.ini) for the short term? BTW - would be interested in helping with the redesign...

(Never mind - I tweaked the generator to build what we need for the time being...)
