@Grahame Grieve That work seems to be general purpose (rather than healthcare-specific), building on the Linked Data Platform and RDF shapes. It looks like it could be applied to healthcare, but from a quick look I didn't see anything that jumped out at me as being especially suited to FHIR or healthcare.

FYI The Sparx EA Cloud has a OSLC REST interface to access (& edit) the models. We just today looked at that. Nothing Healthcare specific, more Model(ing) Specific.
