Hey there, do any of you know the workflow in Canada if a patient thinks their record is wrong and wants it to be corrected? Looking for the process to request, for the request to be vetted and accepted or rejected. And of course information about how the actual correction is recorded. @James Agnew would you know or do you know anyone in a hospital who could provide advice? @debi fyi
