ich möchte an dieser Stelle mal kurz auf "Synthea" hinweisen, da das gerade für den Universitären Bereich bzw. den Test von FHIR-Apps unter realistischen Laborbedingungen sinnvoll sein könnte:
Synthetic Patient Simulation
