a couple of notes:
- there are multiple de versions. you can specify just de, or de-DE, de-AT etc
- the de versions are incomplete - as can be seen in that expansion above. The server will use de where available, and fall back to the tx default langauge (en for LOINC) when not available. Vocab has clarified that the expansion should be more explicit about this, so the server will change in due course
