I'd like to propose a system URI for SOEP/SOAP codes Subjective/Objective/Assessment/Plan.

Alternative URI: http://fhir.nl/fhir/NamingSystem/journaalregeltypen
I've added that to our list of OIDs http://www.hl7.nl/wiki/index.php/FHIR_AM_Profiles_en_extensies#Beslissingen.

I've updated the proposal to the alternative with "journaalregeltypen" because it does more justice to the function

@Alexander Henket I agree, journaalregeltypen is a more appropriate name. I will look into implementing this NamingSystem.
