Deprecated = "vervallen" or "afgekeurd"
Certainly not "afgekeurd", deprecated means something has come to the end of its lifespan, needs to be retired, not used anymore. I would think "vervallen" is better. But what is the distinction with "retired"? Maybe "retired" = "ingetrokken" ?
Michel Rutten (Dec 18 2017 at 14:41):
Yes, retired = "ingetrokken" (literally)
Michel Rutten (Dec 18 2017 at 14:42):
Alternatively deprecated = "verlopen", but "vervallen" seems more precise.
