Topic: System URIs
Alexander Henket (Jan 24 2017 at 12:29):
For people interested in system URIs which would include just about any implementer: I've added two new URI proposals to the list for codesystems NHG Table 45 and NHG Table 45 results. http://www.hl7.nl/wiki/index.php/FHIR_AM_Profiles_en_extensies#Beslissingen
Comments welcome.
Marten Smits (Jan 25 2017 at 08:45):
What does 'DF' stand for?
Alexander Henket (Jan 25 2017 at 08:50):
"NHG Results of diagnostic findings" according to the HL7 NL OID Registry. I did not invent that part. It is already listed with that symbolic name
Marten Smits (Jan 25 2017 at 09:32):
Can we mention the 45 in there? That's how I always recognize which ValueSet we are talking about

Why not call it what it is? http://fhir.nl/fhir/NamingSystem/nhg-labcodetabel-45
Alexander Henket (Jan 25 2017 at 18:53):
I thought we settled on http://fhir.nl/fhir/NamingSystem/ + symbolicName when we discussed to use System URIs at all. I *really* dislike the fact that you can argue about these things. OIDs never had this issue. Note that my personal preference if we are going to be readable is something like http://nhg.org/ns/tabel/45 but for that we would need NHG approval I'd say. Which may not be so hard to obtain by the way but we haven't asked them yet
Stefan Scholte (Jan 26 2017 at 08:42):
I agree with Marten. and also the results: http://fhir.nl/fhir/NamingSystem/nhg-45-DF-results
Alexander Henket (Jan 26 2017 at 11:16):
Today the NHG 'stepped into our office' for other purposes. So I took the liberty to ask whether or not they feel they want to be in control for this. The answer is yes. I will take on the task to communicate with them on expectations. It may take a little longer this way, but it does feel right. It will most certainly lead to system uris of type "http://nhg.org/...." They already have candidate URIs that actually resolve and are stable, but they lack the "readable" part, e.g. /node/901 would lead to ICPC-1. We'll figure it out, and hopefully soon
Stefan Scholte (Jan 26 2017 at 11:26):
That is great news. That way we leave "registratie aan de bron":)
Alexander Henket (Jan 31 2017 at 14:55):
Just for follow up. After that little F2F drive by conversation, I've now actually formally requested the System URIs from NHG, and updated the wiki so the proposed System URIs do not get implemented inadvertently.
Ben Schrijver (Mar 08 2017 at 10:03):
Does anybody know of a (Vektis/)UZOVI-uri, we could use as a system when identifying insurance companies?
Alexander Henket (Mar 10 2017 at 07:35):
Didn't exist as far as I know. I've added a proposal to http://www.hl7.nl/wiki/index.php/FHIR_AM_Profiles_en_extensies#Beslissingen.

Alexander Henket (Mar 10 2017 at 07:53):
Note that I've also added the NHG Table 45 and results thereof and ICPC-1-NL to that same table. ICPC-1-NL is in FHIR core, but just making sure no one overlooks that fact
