Hi there,
I got a question about a tag for a patient's medical condition: For the purpose of dashboarding/reporting in our hospital, patients are selected by their medical condition through a question-field in a consultation-questionnaire (not by their diagnosis); how should/could I model this in a FHIR profile? Using the questionnaire resource, via the problem resource, or something else?

To add on that; this 'diagnosis-in-a-questionnaire', should we model it to e.g. https://simplifier.net/nictizstu3-zib2017/zib-problem or to another/new profile (non-Nictiz, non-ZIB?)

We normally run 4 quarters of FHIR 'stuff' and have an open mic in the first.
