Topic: Nictiz stu3 upgrde to base R4

DrugUse and TobaccoUse can be found as nictiz profile STU3 for observation resource but i cannot see similar profiles in base profiles for Observation resource for R4 version. What could be the possible reason?

The profiles for FHIR R4 are still being created, based on zib publication 2020. As of the moment, the profiles for DrugUse and TobaccoUse have not been released yet as part of a package, but the preliminary versions can be found on https://github.com/Nictiz/Nictiz-R4-zib2020
