Overview for the NL WGM:
- Practitioner.role has gone, now point of entry is PractitionerRole resource, which references Practitioner (not vice versa)
- Canonical url's, my proposal: keep http://fhir.nl/fhir as base for STU3, like hl7.org fhir does
- fhirpaths (is already being done by @Marten Smits and @Ardon Toonstra)
- Patient.contact.relationship valueset (v2 or v3), see: Zulip
I validated the examples against HAPI and Grahame's server, besides 'unknown extensions' those were the issues I got.
