"When looking up codes on the terminology server, the IG publisher will ask for the specified language. tx.fhir.org uses the same approach as immediately above in this case. Note: to get code system displays in additional languages defined on tx.fhir.org, talk to Grahame Grieve"

It is not so likely that any terminology is hosted at tx.fhir.org. It's more likely that extensional/expanded ValueSets contain those languages, or that a different server will exist. I can imagine configuring a different server or even a fallback scenario would eventually be part of the tooling.

Overall: sounds great! I'm sure that once this initial set is supported, feature requests will come up, but let's deal with those when they do.

well, if you provide the expansions, then the IG publisher won't hit the terminology server

Right, we will if possible. If the expansion needs to cover all of LOINC/SNOMED-CT/other big system we will not. I reckon we will run into systems that tx.fhir.org doesn't host, so then fallback to another server would be in order.
