MHD-I has been de-emphasized by the IHE Radiology domain. This because they have found the DSTU2 model for Imaging lacking. They have spent significant time on the STU3 version of ImagingStudy. They are currently thinking that ImagingManifest is unnecessary and will likely deprecate it in STU4. Expect a very different MHD-I this summer.
