The system can be any URI that is unique and under control of the organization defining the identifier. A straightforward solution would be to make up an URL that uses the domain of your organization, e.g. "http://my.organization.com/identifier/subtrajectnummer".

Hi @Piotr Chabot Stadhouders , I wouldn't really know about the use attribute to be honest. It seems like secondary would be the most fitting code for this situation ("it serves to identify the object in a relative context, but cannot be consistently assigned to the same object again in a different context").
