i am trying to create patient using FHIR in nz, but some of elements are missing in Patient resource like ethnicity, iwi. what is best approach to achive this ?

Could you please describe how your use case requires the exchange of patient ethnicity data, as opposed to obtaining it from the NHI database. Iwi isn't held on the NHI and I've never seen any health sector coding standards around this, although the education sector has one.
