I've encountered an issue with some of the FHIR conformance resources and was unsure how to report it, but it seems worth mentioning here.
Briefly, when using "hapi-fhir-cli upload-definitions" to upload STU3 and R4 conformance resources to a hapi-fhir server that rejects resources containing FHIR validation errors, some of the resources are rejected.

Would it make sense to also track this issue somewhere within HL7 systems?
