I've pushed for re-usability in the SUSHI+IG Publisher project I'm working on and we're re-using the ethnicity extension and valueset whole-sale from the Simplifier IG. Besides just writing prose, is there a better way to mention this dependency in our IG?

Dependencies SHOULD just be a matter of referencing the canonical and package id of the dependency...
