Given that one of the resources that can be returned from GET [base]/metadata{?mode=[mode]} is a TerminologyCapabilities resource (FMM Level 0), I'm wondering if this particular parameter value (mode=terminology) in the RESTful API page (3.1.0.10 capabilities ) should be marked for trial use? Appreciate that this may be too granular a request and thought it best to raise here first, rather than in a (potentially disruptive) ballot comment.

I think it should be normative; we can't use it for anything else.
