@Michel Rutten HL7 France has built a profile "fr-organization" based on Organization, adding 3 extensions to the base resource, and then a profile "fr-organization-pole" based on "fr-organization", adding one more extension. The 4 extensions are visible in the latter in Forge, and also appear in the detailed view of simplifier. The issue is that the overview of "fr-organization-pole" in simplifier shows only the last extension. It looks like an issue on showing a differential based on another differential in simplifier. Both profiles are in HL7 France project on simplifier. Any explanation? Thanks.

We've identified the issue to be our rendering engine. It will takes us a bit of time to fix it. We will probably deploy a fix somewhere next week.
