Question about http://hl7-fhir.github.io/definitions-r2.xml.zip: in profiles-resources.xml, all the element definitions seem to have a slicing entry node with an explicit order. This confuses Forge. Is this a bug?

OK, thanks @Grahame Grieve. I'm now trying to get this package supported by Forge, so we can publish a new update with support for designing custom (STU3) resources. But apparently the custom profiles need some corrections.
