http://hl7.org/fhir/parameters.html is missing all the "Alternate Definitions" links at the bottom of the resource content table - ie the "Alternate definitions: Master Definition (XML, JSON), XML Schema/Schematron (for ) + JSON Schema, ShEx (for Turtle)" stuff

I think pretty much the answer is that it was a bug in the build process
