The validator download location changed from https://fhir.github.io/latest-ig-publisher/org.hl7.fhir.validator.jar to https://storage.googleapis.com/ig-build/org.hl7.fhir.validator.jar. Is this change permanent? The Confluence page still refers to the old location.

As far as i know this will be permanent as the Jars got to big to be hosted at github.
