Nothing (or very little) wrong with them, just not complete:
- The 3 step process should include the optional step of including the extension in a profile.
- The complex extension needs the 2nd two parts - use in a Patient profile and use in the Patient instance.
- Need examples for an extension of an extension.

One issue I see - the use of valueUri in an extension profile does not adequately constrain the value of the extension - value[x] must be included with the types limited (see first example, others later).

And of course all this needs to be updated with the id/name updates.

Might be easier to create some test profiles and include them as examples (so they are built by the tool)?
