The IG resource from SDOH has references to extensions http://hl7.org/fhir/tools/StructureDefinition/ig-parameter and http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/implementationguide-page. I can find the latter only in STU3 and nothing for the first.
@Grahame Grieve Are they in a tools package not picked up by the registry?
