Just noticed this new resource in the new R5 build and am curious as to its purpose. The spec doesn't tell me anything as it's just a cut & paste of the existing CapabilityStatement Resource with the Maturity Level set to 0 and 'N' replaced by 'TU' in the Content Structure.
