Are any resources likely candidates to become normative in R5?
I'm particularly interested in Practitioner, PractitionerRole and Organization.

Practitioner and PractitionerRole are a bit up in the air (the split of them creates complexity in a lot of spaces). Organization is very likely. Also clinical resources like AllergyIntolerance, MedicationUsage, Procedure, Encounter.
