Hi @Mounika K, the "comments" elements should be called "comment" (singular, without trailing "s").

Seems like the profile was manually converted from DSTU2 to STU3, with some conversion errors.

You cannot fix invalid XML from within Forge itself, as you cannot open the file. Instead, you have to correct the XML manually using a XML/text editor, assisted by schema validation against fhir-all.xsd.
