Does GraphDefinition need to replicate the SD aggregation list of contained vs bundled? How would an edge be represented to allow one vs the other or both?

Given that a contained resource can only reference another contained resource, and not to a non-contained resource, it's probably sufficient to have a mechanism in StrucDef. Unless one would like to be able to make a statement like "this node shall have an inbound reference from a contained resource". In my proposed new GraphDef I haven't distinguished between contained and non-contained resources, from a pure Graph perspective that difference is irrelevant.
