Nodes ina Graphdefintion could also be "any resource". Should we introduce an ANY type, or re-use DomainResource and Resource (which are already defined in FHIR)?

I'm not following. GraphDefinition doesn't point to any specific resources - it doesn't use Reference at all.

To rephrase: GraphDefintion is a collection of nodes and edges. One of the nodes could be "Any resource". How do we express the concept of "Any resource", given that there is no explicit resource type for 'any resource' ?

GraphDefinition.link.target.type = Resource matches any FHIR resource.
