When importing https://github.com/hl7germany/basisprofil-de/blob/023342be25763dbb5f38c719d74c61db072c37c3/Profile-patient-de-vsdm.xml into Forge (even only the differential part) Patient.name.family.vorsatzwort.extension is alway set to 0..0. This profile is derived from: https://simplifier.net/BasisprofilDE/patient-de-basis , uses this HumanName profile: https://simplifier.net/BasisprofilDE/humanname-de-basis/~overview which itself utilizes https://simplifier.net/CoreProfilesSTU3/humanname-own-prefix

I think the source of the problem is the snapshot generator. If you look at the HumanName StructDef you can't find HumanName.extension:vorsatzwort.extension which should be part of a snapshot, right?

Hi @Patrick Werner, Indeed, this seems a bug in the snapshot generator logic. Thank you for the detailed issue report! I've created a tracker issue.
There are 2 or 3 open issues involving snapshot cardinalities, possibly related. I'll investigate these after the upcoming DevDays.
