Anywhere there is a canonical URL to another Structure Definition, provide a shortcut to open that file

This would open the file that resolves to that location, and in the tooltip show the name of the file that it would open
This will make it easier to open/review/edit extensions and target profiles

When importing/opening a structure definition from a server, and there are other references that don't resolve, use a web resolver to the same server to resolve them.

After using the import from fhir server, or publish to fhir server, remember this value and put it in each time, and not require having to select and reconnect each time.

Hi @Brian Postlethwaite, thank you for the useful suggestions! I've submitted them to our internal tracker. An "open target" command would be very useful indeed, definitely want to implement that. Remote server (and Simplifier) integration needs a lot of love. I'll probably start working on that after R4.
