@Michel Rutten Just saved a profile in the latest version of FHIR and noticed I have ElementDefinition.base elements in the output, but I don't have the "Save ElementDefinition.Base component" option ticked. Is this a bug?

@Jonny Rylands, yes this is a bug and I can reproduce the issue. The current version always saves the ElementDefinition.base node, regardless of wether the option is enabled or not. Thank you for reporting this issue! This will be fixed in the next release.
