Looking at the Document part of the Capability statement it contains the following :
Is the reference to the "document resources" an echo of a previous version of FHIR? As a FHIR Document is essentially a Bundle of resources- is the expectation that the profile that goes here is that for the "Bundle"?

Even so creating a "profile" (aka StructureDefinition) on the Bundle will be quite involved...
