According to XMLSpy the CI Build Schema have an error:

'PublicationStatus-list' is already declared.
    Error location: xs:schema / xs:simpleType
    Details
        sch-props-correct.2: 'PublicationStatus-list' is already declared.

I don't need it right now so not an issue for me, but I expect it will come for someone soon....

This is still an issue - declared in fhir-base.xsd and observationdefinition.xsd but which one should it be defined in?
