In a history Bundle deletions are represented by an entry with a DELETE request but no resource. If the time-period covered by the history includes more than 1 DELETE for same Resource then there is more than 1 entry with same fullUrl and non-distinct resource.met.versionId (they will all be null because there is no resource for DELETEs)
This looks like another problem with Bundle's constraints when type=history
