Topic: Apply "trial use" to an individual choice

In trying to complete the application of J#24693 I ran into the need (or at least the desire) to be able to specify an individual choice type as 'TU' when the resource and element and the other choices are normative (in this particular case for Observation.valueAttachment). I don't see that we have any means in the spreadsheet to represent the individual choice(s) in separate rows in order to be able to apply 'trial-use' in the Standards-Status column to the row(s) for one or more of those choices. I already asked @Lloyd McKenzie about this and he seemed to think that it would be a reasonable thing to request. @Grahame Grieve?
