Topic: rendering graphs using GraphDefinition
Eric Haas (Nov 11 2019 at 16:43):
@David Hay does/can ClinFHIR use a GraphDefinition/MessageDefinition to create a graph of a Bundle?
David Hay (Nov 11 2019 at 19:00):
No - it examines the references in the resource instances directly...
David Hay (Nov 21 2019 at 20:04):
Actually, just re-reading the original question - are you suggesting that there could be a GraphDefinition that acts as a 'template' for the graph instances? If so, I kinda like it in a couple of ways:
a) create an adhoc graph in clinFHIR Graph builder, then have a 'save as' that creates a GraphDefinition out of the resource instances (and references) that have been created, and
b) be able to create a new graph instance by selecting a GraphDefinition and having CF create the resource instances from the GraphDefinition connected appropriately...
sounds potentially useful...
