just a note that there's an issue with the Condition resource template on the HAPI-3 server - it still has a 'patient' as the 'subject' (this was a change from STU-2. Consequence is that is seems to save OK, but isn't in the patients record in clinFHIR. I'm in contact with James and I'm sure it will be fixed - but a 'gotcha' for those experimenting before the 'clinicians on fhir' event! Grahames server is correct, so select that as the conformance server and you're good to go.

so James pointed out that I could just fix it by replacing the profile on HAPI with the one from Grahames server. D'oh! so all fixed now...
