Hi @David Hay when I'm trying to create a value set on clinfhir, a message is getting displayed and the value set is not getting saved. valueset.PNG How can I fix it? Thank you
David Hay (Jul 31 2017 at 07:31):
From the error, looks like you have an invalid ID - an underscore...
Pranitha Sruthi (Jul 31 2017 at 08:45):
Ok thank you

Hi @David Hay I have created value set for blood pressure. Could you please check the json file for any mistakes? Thank you valueset.txt

A VS for body position? looks OK...
Pranitha Sruthi (Aug 01 2017 at 04:25):
@David Hay Yes the value set is for the body position. Thank you

I'm concerned that the values have chosen are from different parts of SNOMED CT. Have you checked you choices with a SNOMED CT expert?
{ "system": "http://snomed.info/sct", "concept": [ { "code": "102538003", "display": "Recumbent body position (finding)" }, { "code": "258148007", "display": "Standing up" }, { "code": "33586001", "display": "Sitting position" } ] }
David Hay (Aug 04 2017 at 19:35):
I don't believe it's an issue to come form various parts of snomed (you could argue that you should specify the version). Remember that a single valueset can refer to completely different codesystems if necessary... (Note that I am not endorsing the actual values - just that the VS is technically legit)
David Hay (Aug 04 2017 at 19:37):
(btw - there is a terminology stream that may be more appropriate for these kinds of question)...
