Not at the moment. How are you thinking it could work - and the use case? (remember it's a browser app so accessing stuff on the file system isn't that straightforward...)

I'm trying to duplicate the examples from the ATR IG http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-atr/downloads.html which include these resources: Coverage (3), Group (1), Location (1), Organization (2), Patient (3), Practitioner (1), PractitionerRole (1), RelatedPerson (2). I've run GoFSH on the examples, and have instances.fsh (which expects 22 aliases set up in aliases.fsh, but easy enough to copy and paste into gb2 if there was a place to put them). I wanted to replace all the id's from the ATR IG examples with the ones assigned by gb2). I also want to explore use of identifiers for CPC+ Practice ID as mentioned at https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179207-connectathon-mgmt/topic/Clinical.20Reasoning.20Track/near/220176971 by adding to the gb2 project, with encounters at different CPC+ sites for the same patient, and how CQL logic in eCQMs might work (e.g., limit encounters to a single site/location or perhaps a single practitioner across sites.
We're looking at ATR IG discovery and what we might say about it in DEQM IG and Quality Measure IG.
