Topic: Resource references graph only shows subject relationships

Hi there - I'm using ClinFHIR's patient viewer connected to my hspc sandbox which contains several Condition, Encounter, and Observations for a given Patient. When I look at the resource references graph viewer, it only seems to show the resources with a subject relationship. Seems that my Immunization instance doesn't show. That differs from the others because it has a patient attribute with a reference(Patient) instead of the subject attribute with Reference(Patient). Is this expected or should I be seeing immunizations in the graph viewer? cc: @Viet Nguyen

Hi May - AFAIK you should see Immunizations - lemme go take a look...

Presumably you added the server instance through the 'Add Server' option from the front page? When you did, did you check the 'support $everything' checkbox?

I just linked to clinFHIR through "Other Tools" in the HSPC sandbox. I'll try adding the server directly.

@David Hay - just added the server directly and selected $everything but immunization still doesn't show. Can you check? My server is called DVHIMSS20Payer on ClinFHIR. The Patient id is 16702. I can query the endpoint and retrieve my Immunization instance with https://api.logicahealth.org/DVHIMSS20Payer/open/Immunization?patient=16702.

OK - will take a look shortly (I had forgotten that we'd added that to the sandbox!)

hmmm. Works fine for me - Lara V. Mirren female 1955-03-01 (16702) - right?

I ran it directly from clinfhir - rather than a link from the sandbox (though that should have worked as well) - can you try that as well? And remember that after you add the server (with $everything checked) you still need to select the server as the data server...

so odd...here's what I'm seeing Screen-Shot-2020-02-11-at-12.37.49-AM.png

different to mine :) Screen-Shot-2020-02-11-at-6.38.52-PM.png

view this post on Zulip David Hay (Feb 11 2020 at 05:39):

Was that selected directly from clinFHIR - http://clinfhir.com/ ?

view this post on Zulip David Hay (Feb 11 2020 at 05:41):

If you mouse over the 'Patient Viewer' label to the top left, it will show the data server. Can you do a screen dump of that plse?

view this post on Zulip May Terry (Feb 11 2020 at 05:44):

so odd. :-). Okay. I tried it from another PC and went directly to ClinFHIR and see it. I suppose it might be something cached from going directly from the hspc sandbox? either way, looks like it works. thanks David! :-)

view this post on Zulip David Hay (Feb 11 2020 at 05:44):

also - can you check the browser console to see if there are any errors?

view this post on Zulip David Hay (Feb 11 2020 at 05:45):

Ah - a cache! Try clearing the browser cache on the affected machine (I have all sorts of fun with caches :( )

but glad it's working! (Would be good to confirm that the link from logica works OK...
