ooh - that's a question outside of CF! You might want to ask in a general chat, but depends on the reason why. If an Allergy then there's an allergy intolerance resource - otherwise there's the Flag resource

wrt the discharge summary, then that would be in a document - I suspect the CarePlan would be the best way to give the recommendation (assuming that the hospital doc did not start it) as that will allow a lot of other data about the recommended to be represented...
