@David Hay - some servers, such as the VSAC terminology server require a login/password. What do you think about ClinFHIR supporting SMART/OAuth2 so that a user could authenticate themselves against servers that require login? I'm envisioning a login/PW dialogue that appears when a user selects a secured server in the server selection menus.

Hi Viet - I've definitely got SMART on the radar - though will be aimed at the data server rather than the terminology server (I don't think the VSAC server supports SMART anyway does it?)
