I tried to use the scenario builder and the GraphBuilder but couldn't edit the resources as i'm running always into this error:

That can occur on scenario builder - but shouldn't prevent the tool operating. But I'm surprised that you are seeing it with GraphBuilder. Before I fix it (I just need to upload a resource to hapi) can you tell me what the impact is - especially with Graph builder. Also - which servers do you have set in clinFHIR, and which event are you using in Graph Builder?

you are right, the 404 is only in the ScenarioBuilder. The impact of this (probably not caused by the missing CS) is that the tree view is always empty:

Treeviews are empty in both tools.

In graph builder, which event are you selecting? And which track/scenario for the graph?

In graphbuilder i use: public event, adhoc, this is patrick (all servers pointing to hapi R4)

Just as a follow up - the issue was with the StructureDefinitions on the hapi4 public server having been altered by someone. I'm going to look at options for a more secure conformance server - but in the mean time if people have similar issues then reach out to me & I can give you a fix...
