Hi David, for MedicationRequest, there is no way to add in the Dosage information. When you click on Dosage, there is no link to allow you to fill in the full dosage specification.

Assuming that you have selected that patient form the server when you created the scenario, you should be able to select existing resources from a tab on the right side...
