In case anyone's interested, here's a Patient/Specimen/DiagnosticRequest example recently assembled by one of my colleagues:
https://github.com/nmdp-bioinformatics/dash/tree/master/fhir/fhir_hla_examples
For the DiagnosticRequest, he used LOINC code 13303-3, for HLA-A+B+C (class I) [Type]. Apparently, there wasn't a code to fully cover our typical genetic typing activity which, in addition to genes HLA-A, HLA-B, and HLA-C, includes genes HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB3/4/5, HLA-DQB1, and HLA-DPB1 (and may also include the CCR5 gene and genetic blood group predictions for ABO and Rh).

@David Hay A suggest improvement is to display the Patient Name in the Scenario Builder Header/Banner.
David Hay (Jan 20 2017 at 17:51):
@Peter Jordan - thanks, will do.
Peter Jordan (Jan 20 2017 at 18:08):
A Refresh Scenario button would also be useful - if use cases for team-built scenarios extend beyond connectathons?
David Hay (Jan 20 2017 at 19:04):
yes - you could imagine that there is a model in the library that gets synced to multiple clients. A few details to think through there :)
